Glo Cubes are pure awesome housed in a small unit that you place in liquid. The technical name is an "automatic, lighted drink infuser". So, imagine a concert. Look around, everyone has glowing drinks. It enhances the dynamic of a venue, leads to increased drink sales, repeat drink sales, and happy customers!

They last up to 8 hours. This can vary significantly depending on temperature, type of beverage or liquid, age of Glo device and other factors. 

Our cubes are approximately 1.2" x 1.0" x 0.8" (L x W x H).  

We try to be very fair when it comes to shipping charges. Typically shipping is calculated based on total package weight. Our packages are usually sent via USPS for both Domestic and International orders. In some cases, we will ship with other carriers based on time constraints provided by the customer.

If your Glo Pal Light Up Cube doesn't turn on, please make sure you're putting it in liquid containing ions. For example, bottled water typically does not contain ions and Glo Cubes typically will not work in bottled or distilled water. If you're still having issues and your Pal is new, please contact our support team atsupport@glopals.com.

If the Glo Cube does not turn off, please check to see if there seems to be fluid in the battery compartment. If so, please contact our support team at support@glopals.com. 

It is very important that the Glo Cubes are removed from liquid and dried when not in use. Typically, removing the Cubes from liquid, giving them a quick shake, and setting them out to dry will help increase the lifespan of our products.

They are not. To meet applicable USA safety standards, the batteries are sealed to minimize the risk of a choking hazard. To us, safety is by far the most important. Even though the batteries are not replaceable, the Cubes are recyclable. A Glo Cube lasts for 4-6 weeks on average.
