Glo Cubes are meant to go in your beverage, therefore, once we ship - we can't accept returns for sanitary reasons. However, if you have problems with your Glo Cubes upon arrival, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do what we can to make it right.
ARE THERE ANY BEVERAGES THAT GLO CUBES DON'T WORK IN?
Yes - Glo Cubes use Patented Ion Detection to light up your drink. Glo Cubes will not work in distilled drinks or drinks that don't contain ions. Typically, this means highly distilled alcohol (straight liquor) and bottled water (because of reverse osmosis) will not work with Glo Cubes. Most other beverages should be fine, including sodas, beer, wine, tap water, juices, champagne, mixed drinks, and more.
